A Classic sauce for those who like it hot – but with lots of added flavour. A special blend of exotic spices gives this dish a fiery taste. Smooth in texture, the Bengal Madras is cooked Bengali style with lots of fresh garlic and fresh lemon juice adding immense layers of flavour to the hot spices. This authentic version will certainly not disappoint lovers of the Madras.

Cook meat, fish or veg of choice, add sauce contents and cook until piping hot. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of water.
