Beautifully soft and succulent and melt in the mouth delicious! Grown on the rich mountainous slopes of Mount Parnon, near Sparta and personally attended by Yianni. The olives are steeped in Theon Nectar Extra Virgin Olive Oil. After opening the jar, make sure the olives remain covered in the olive oil to ensure they don’t dry out. When you’re done, don’t waste the oil – use it for salad dressings or simply soak it up with bread. Also, a perfect accompaniment to hummus, cheese and the obvious go-to ingredient in a Greek salad (remember to unpit them).
These olives are unpitted.
* Check the olives when you open the jar. Each has a small cut (hand done by Yianni’s Mother) which allows the olive oil to seep into each individual olive and make them, all the more moorish!
