Dark Matter uses activated charcoal to darken the concoction but the stunning shade is not as noteworthy as the flavour. Kaffir lime leaves, roasted peppers and fresh garlic flavour the sauce, there’s a hint of mild spice from the fermented chilli and craft beer helps sweeten the mix. This is mild in heat.

Add to ramen, spice up a sarnie, add a kick to soup, mix into rice, use on a burgerand anything else your creative mind can think of, Most importantly, enjoy!
