Lovers of a Dhansak curry and authentic Daal will not be disappointed with this exotic medium spiced sauce. Thoroughly cooked red lentils combine with fresh pineapple pieces in a fragrant sauce which has layers of incredible flavour, caramelized onions and our own secret blend of Garam Masala.

Cook meat, fish or veg of choice, add sauce contents and cook until piping hot. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of water.
