What a great way to colour your day…A selection of coloured tagliatelle to make your dishes more delicious and appealing.

All dry tagliatelle are suitable for Vegans.

Make sure the water is boiling in the pan before you add the ravioli. Stir gently for the first minute and cook for 3-4 minutes.  You can also serve with your favourite sauce.

For the best results, keep some of the water when you drain the pasta. Add a ladle of this water to the sauce in a pan and heat until hot, then add the pasta.
