An exquisite authentic sauce. The Garlic Balti Bhuna was created after numerous requests from our customers to make a balti or a bhuna sauce. Mandala’s chef had the idea of merging the two with the rich flavours of a classic Balti, the bite of a Bhuna and adding lots of fresh garlic. The result is a medium to hot dish with layers of flavour that overtake any heat from the spices. Fresh tamarind, fresh tomatoes, red and green peppers, a special blend of freshly ground spices and slow cooked onions are used to create this mouth watering sauce.

Cook meat, fish or veg of choice, add sauce contents and cook until piping hot. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of water.

The sauces have been created by Mandala Express with a view to enjoying your curry in the most healthy and nutritious way possible; no addditives, preservatives or colours are used, only the freshest of ingredients and the finest hand blended spices, and only a fraction of the oil and salt usually found in a curry.
