Fully matured, naturally ripened, hand sorted, rich and dark pitted Kalamata Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Herbes de Provençe.  Handily stoned. Marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, they only use fully matured, naturally ripened Kalamata olives which are carefully prepared using a traditional water curing method. The stones are removed so they’re great in salads or for baking or throwing into a tagine.
