Catchi’s Kimchi are a local Newcastle business.

Made in the same traditional method of kimchi but with a twist! This kimchi is made with a jalapenos powder and a jalapenos, lime, coriander, and green chilli paste to fuse the flavours of Mexico with Korea!

Kimchi can be eaten as a delicious side, or can provide the base for main meals such as stews, broths, fried rice, grilled cheese, and many more!

Serving suggestion: on any taco, or straight out of the jar! Watch out this kimchi is extra spicy!

Kimchi is becoming more popular in the West as there is growing evidence that fermented food and drink can improve intestinal health and therefore support the immune system and are anti-inflammatory – improving good levels of good bacteria in the gut.
