Organic Celeriac (Lancs)

Celeriac is not the prettiest of veg but don’t be deceived by its knobbly appearance! It has fantastic flavour – delicate and celery-like with a nutty edge – ideal in soups, cut into wedges and roasted, boiled and added to potato or on it’s own as mash and grated raw in salads, especially great in coleslaw!

Celeriac quickly discolours, so immerse in water after chopping with a squeeze of lemon juice or vinegar.

Wash before eating.

A less than round apple is still as tasty as their perfectly formed cousins. Unless your produce is clearly defective, please accept them as Nature intended.
