Organic Cherry Tomatoes

Although thought of as a vegetable, tomatoes are actually a fruit that belongs to the night shade family. Cherry tomatoes are juicy and sweet, and perfect in salads or just pop them in your mouth and eat like sweets! Try roasting them in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil – delicious!

* Like us, not all fruit or vegetables are perfectly formed. We don’t believe in discriminating against misshapen carrots or imperfect potatoes and in fact, love them for their flaws. A less than round apple is still as tasty as their perfectly formed cousins. Unless your produce is clearly defective, please accept them as Nature intended.

Additional information

Storage info:

They are best kept out of the fridge in a cool temperature. If green, leave at room temperature (not in direct sunlight) until they ripen.
Did you know, to hasten the ripening procedure, you can place green tomatoes in a paper bag with an almost ripe banana? The banana omits ethylene gas a necessary component of ripening. If already turning red, this process is not necessary, as it omits its own ethylene.

Health benefits
