Organic Cucumber



Commonly thought of as a vegetable, the cucumber is actually a fruit! Sliced or grated they add a crisp fresh taste to salads and sandwiches. Best eaten unpeeled. There’s nothing quite as cool as a cucumber!

They are good sources of phytonutrients which have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits. Cucumbers should be eaten unpeeled to maximise their nutritional content. Peeling them reduces the amount of fiber, as well as certain vitamins and minerals.
