Simply peel and eat or add to smoothies and cereal. Whether you prefer them less ripe with slightly green skins, perfectly ripe or over-ripe with brown skins, you can’t go wrong with a banana. Remember, don’t throw away the overly ripe bananas – make a banana cake with them.
