Organic Red Cabbage (Lancs)



Red cabbage, also known as purple cabbage or red kraut, is delicious and nutritious. Its colour changes from red to purple depending upon the ph balance of the soil. It keeps much better than regular cabbage, even without pickling. As well as adding beautiful colour to any dish, it is great addition to salads, coleslaw but can also be cooked and used in sauerkraut.
