With a sweeter taste than most other varieties this Russian kale has a reds stem with green leaves. Also, a little bit more delicate so take care to eat it sooner than you would other varieties. Sauté, use in salads, risottos, soups, stir fry, add to a green smoothie or oven bake in place of chips.
