Made with local milk from Lancashire, aged to about four months, made in a Manchego style: firm, yellow, buttery and very creamy.
Due to the inherent nature of this cheese, you may find the rind continues to grow. We are assured by the maker that this is perfectly normal.
Traditional wax coating means no plastic is used to package this product.
This product should be chilled as soon as possible after delivery or pick up. Upon check out please provide details in Delivery Notes if you would like to leave a cool box or bag for us to store your chilled items in.
