Blueberry Beet Juice

Blueberries are thought to contain one of the antioxidant levels amongst common fruit and veg. They are extremely high in naturally occurring plant compounds including anthocyanidins which give blue, indigo and red colouring.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 x medium beetroot
  2. 100g spinach or kale
  3. 1 x punnet of blueberries
  4. 2cm ginger
  5. 1 x orange (or lemon)

Method:

  1. Peel beetroot, orange  and ginger
  2. Juice and enjoy!

Beetroot Stamina Juice

Beetroot can help to improve stamina so you can exercise longer so it’s incredibly good for weight loss. Rich in nitrates which help with blood pressure and blood flow and obviously a good dose of essential vitamins and antioxidants – folate, potassium, vitamin C

Ingredients:

  1. 1 x large beetroot
  2. 1 x orange
  3. 1 x carrot

Ultimate Orange Juice

Unlike white potatoes, sweet potatoes are good to juice as they are a great source of iron, calcium and magnesium as well as B vitamins which are the energy boosters.

  2. 2 x carrots

  4. 3-4 cm ginger

Tumeric is a wonderful healing spice which can help to boost your metabolism and immunity, is said to help improve cognitive function and promotes healthy ageing.

  4. 2 cm turmeric

  1. Peel oranges and turmeric

Orange Immunity Juice
