Typically made with chicken but can also be used for veg.
- Mix with a little yogurt, ginger and garlic paste.
- Sprinkle over 1-2 tsp of Tandoori Marinade mix.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Leave for 1-48 hours in the fridge.
- Grill on high (or tandoor if you have one).
- Ensure completely cooked before consumption.
