Description

Typically made with chicken but can also be used for veg.

Instructions:

  1. Mix with a little yogurt, ginger and garlic paste.
  2. Sprinkle over 1-2 tsp of Tandoori Marinade mix.
  3.  Mix thoroughly.
  4. Leave for 1-48 hours in the fridge.
  5. Grill on high (or tandoor if you have one).
  6. Ensure completely cooked before consumption.
