Tikka Masala Spice Kit

Makes 2 regular portions of Tikka Masala.


  1. Fry 1 tbsp of chopped ginger.
  2. Fry 1 tbsp of chopped garlic in oil; wait 30 seconds.
  3. Add 1 Fairley’s spice mix; wait 30 seconds.
  4. Add in 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes; cook until thickened.
  5. Add in your veg/meat/fish; wait 2 minutes.
  6. Add 1/2 tin of carrot and coriander soup (mixed with water 50/50).
  7. Cook down until thickened and veg/meat/fish is heated through.
  8. Add in 100ml double cream.
  9. Bring back to the boil.
  10. Sprinkle over chopped coriander and lemon juice.
  11. Serve with rice.
