Description
This is a firm white, traditional northern dales cheese, light and lemony when young at 4-6 weeks, nutty and more rounded when mature at 2-3 months. Naturally rinded.
This cheese is traditionally wax wrapped – no plastic is used.
Made using traditional methods, supply of this artisan cheese may ebb and flow. Please be patient if this product is currently unavailable. Our producer will be working hard to ensure it is available as soon as possible.
This product should be chilled as soon as possible after delivery or pick up. Upon check out please provide details in Delivery Notes if you would like to leave a cool box or bag for us to store your chilled items in.
