Gin and lemon are a winning combination. The only way we could improve this classic was to use our favourite lemon gin from Daisy Distillery and add delicious fermented serrano chilli! This sauce is a citrus bomb. You get the zesty lemon gin immediately followed by aromatic fresh herbs finishing with a medium to hot kick from the serrano. Perfect with seafood and salads.
